The documentary shows through interviews with witnesses, victims of the Medellín Cartel and different figures of public opinion, the story of Jhon Jairo Velásquez Vásquez, known as “Popeye” or “Alias JJ”, lieutenant and right-hand man of Pablo Escobar, who after paying the sentence of 23 years in jail becomes the only survivor of the Cartel of that city.
